What is the importance of forgiveness in ones life ( forgive others)

 


We all have the nature, to easily get upset from what others say to us, what others feel for us, how others behave with us. Our life is run by others not by us, our life is affected from them. They are the remote control of our life. This is the thing where we go wrong to our life. This is our life not others, we and only we have the right to run it as we want.

Sometimes we had a fight from others, that fight continues for 5 min but it remains in our mind for many days. Why they say this to me, what i have done, why he behave so badly with me,  did he feel this for me. That fight is just for 5 min and when we meet them next time, they behave with us as if nothing happens but we keep this in mind for long. This creates a mental distress in our mind and severly affect our health. This is a slow process, we dont see it in the beginning but after long time by continue thinking about the negativities , about the wrong what others did to us, damage our mind and lead us to a severe health problem.

We can see that, when our child get severe punishment in school or somebody shouts at them, they got fever and even the exam illness almost every child have that because they are continously thinking about that. Teacher punish me, what our friends will feel for me, what teacher think about me, how i will face them tomorrow, this all thinking disturbs their little mind and they got fever, similar things happens to us, when we think about the negative thing from long time.

So the thing to get away from the mental distress we should learn the habbit of forget and forgive. We should forget the negativity of our past and forgive the people who done wrong to us, and go ahead in our life. How can we forgive people?

Acceptance: To learn the habbit of forgiving, we should have the feeling of acceptance. Accept the people as they are. some members in your family are over-protective regarding everything, this leads to arguments between you two, accept their nature, some people dont care for any thing, accept their nature, you can tell them to understand your feeling but cant change their nature, some people in family shouts even for single things, accept them. Some people dont become happy with anything you do, accept them as they are. You dont have to change anyone's nature, who just have to do your best and accept their nature. This is the first step to forgivness.

Forget: again for forgiving others, we should forget the wrong thing they did to us in the past. If you forget the negativity in the past, it definetly leads to forgiveness in your life. When you forget the wrong thing happened to u or wrong thing that any person did to u, you will feel freeness in your life. You will feel fresh in your life. So, no need to keep all the wrong things happen to u in your mind, forget the wrost part of past and start your day with a new mindset.

Let go: when you have the feeling of let go the things that happened to u, this will surely help you to forgive others. When someone shouts at you, just think that he/she is dealing with some other issues in their life and because of that, his stress comes upon u, it is just natural, let it go, its absolutely fine. Behave as if nothing happens. If you adopt the feeling of let go, then it will surely help you in your life.

"Forgive others, not because they deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace."

When you apply this rules in your life, it will help you to forgive others, and this forgiveness will help u to lead a stressless, happy and healthy life. The more you give away, the happier you become. Just apply the above rules and you will see change in yourself.
